    While the food was very good, my daughters car was broken into in your parking lot. A worker from Big 5 says this happens "all the time. Sometimes twice in the same day!" If you know you have problems in your lot, you might want to think about getting security cameras to help protect your customers. Your manager came out and basically just said "oh well, sorry". While the food may be pricey, we have considered it worth it... but be assured the price has now become too high.

    I went in today, 11/10/14, for a friends birthday. I have been going to this place for some time now and have never had a problem. The waitress brought my water and I drank it like normal. Thank goodness someone from our party noticed a huge ROACH in my glass floating for its life!!!!! As I was trying to address this issue with the waitress, she became very defensive and stated that it was not the restaurants fault and did very little to accommodate us. It seemed like she did not want to talk about this in hopes to keep their roach problem silent to others. I am never going back to this joint, not only do they have a roach problem but they suck at handling issues.

    The Morgan Family of Castro Valley LOVE ~ LOVE THIS RESTAURANT!!We have been coming here for years ~ we know the Owner Eddie ~ and we love the Servers. Bernie, Jennie, Luis and the others. Everyone is very nice including the Customers that come to the Restaurant ~ LIKE THE MORGAN FAMILY ~ ♥ ~I Love the Steak and Scallops with Black Bean Sauce and Brown Rice ~ it's FABULOUS♥♥~ Cindi Morgan ~ ♥ ~
