Chef's Experience China Bistro is the best! The drinks are fabulous and the food is tasty with good quality. I have been coming here for many years. Yes, the new staff need to get more experience bring your patience and you won't regret it. Chef's Experience China Bistro is still the best in the Bay Area.

I usually frequent China Bistro but today the service at the bar was terrible to say the least. I noticed the dining area was pretty busy tonight so I decided to take a seat at the bar. A couple sat down after me and were offered service first not a big deal I'm not starving only stopped in for a quick drink and to order takeout. After a few minutes an a side eye from the bartender and me asking again I was then provided a drink and food menu. After serving the 4 people to my left "who were also complaint about their service" I was still overlooked. I then engaged with a conversation with the lady seated to my left who asked me about the service, food quality, and my opinion about the place. I gave high compliments about CB because this was only the second time I had a bad experience with the service saying maybe he(the bartender) is tired or upset, but needless to say I hope you really respect and treat everyone who enters your place of business in the future with the same courtesy and respect!!! I excused myself after the brief conversation only to leave very unhappy, hungry, thirsty, and dissatisfied patron. I seriously hope you take this seriously and work on the customer service.

Ill keep this short and sweet, it was my first time here and probably last. I'm a pescatarian, I ordered the chow mein and sweet and sour shrimp. What do I get?? Pork! Couldn't send it back as I was on my hour lunch break. Needless to say I didn't have lunch.

The food which we brought today was very bad they gave me small size but charge me regular price.when the manager called back he was not listening to the customers word and not accepting the fault.

I have been going to Chef's Bistro since it opened. I had take out this week and it was inedible. I had to throw it out. The prices are higher than average and what you get for your money is not worth it. I won't be back

Hi, I have been patronizing your restaurant for years (both dine in and take out) and by far my absolute favorite dish is the Dry Fried Calamari. You can imagine my extreme disappointment that I have not been able to enjoy my favorite dish for months. I keep asking every single time I try to order it, if it will be back again and I am assured that it will. I am told that it is "not the season" for it. I know the way things work in the food industry and I see that other restaurants are serving it. As I said, I have been coming to your restaurant for years and this has never ever been a problem before at any time. Find a different supplier. Do what you need to do. When you have a signature dish that people like, DO NOT just get rid of it. Please do what you need to do to make this happen. Thank you.

I have visited the restaurant for more than 3 years and to be honest with you there is no other place to go that serves chinesse food with that delicious flavor your chef give to the food. Thanks for given such a wonderful service. Gee Gee

Your suggested tip amounts are overstated, because they are based on the total amount of the customer's bill, and not the amount BEFORE sales tax ! Please have this error corrected ASAP !
